Two Leominster properties sell for $2M each

This building at 39-51 Main St. in Leominster was to four people from Burlington and Chelmsford.

Two downtown Leominster properties have sold for more than $2 million each.

The R.W. Foster building on Main Street, which has six storefronts, sold for $2.4 million. The building includes Art of Beads, Central Discount Flags & Flagpoles, Divine Hair & Beauty Supply, Mini Lux Nails & Spa, and Talk of the Town Beauty Parlor.

The building, at 39-51 Main St., was sold by a consortium of owners including the Cecilia Beaulieu Family Trust.

The buyer was a limited liability corporation registered to Peter and Joanne Fondini of Burlington and Frank and Lisa Lallos of Chelmsford. The sale closed Dec. 20.

On the southern edge of downtown, a CVS at 188 Central St. has sold for $2.65 million.

The store was sold by an LLC registered to Lawrence Kadish of Westbury, N.Y. He sold the site to an LLC registered to Spiros Tourkakis of Lynnfield.

The sale closed Dec. 24.
