RD Management LLC announced this week it has signed leases with Pacific Dental Services and CycleBar, an indoor cycling studio, for Milford Crossing.

Milford Crossing has signed leases with two new tenants, bringing the shopping plaza to 92-percent occupied less than a year after it opened.

New York City-based RD Management LLC announced this week it has signed leases with Pacific Dental Services, a national dental office company with more than 600 practices, and CycleBar, an indoor cycling studio that has Massachusetts locations in Somerville and Wellesley and two others in the Providence area.

Those two will join anchors Stop & Shop, HomeGoods and T.J.Maxx, along with Starbucks, Chipotle, Pet Supplies Plus and others. Two others are slated to open this fall: the salon Hair Cuttery, and the barbecue restaurant Red Heat Tavern.

The nearly 160,000-square-foot plaza opened last fall after a $20-million renovation to what was a nearly vacant plaza on Milford's Route 109 after Kmart, the steakhouse Bugaboo Creek and World Gym left in less than a two-year span starting in 2014.

RD Management also owns Twin City Plaza on the Fitchburg-Leominster line, as well as plazas in Billerica and Lowell.
