Tuition was my donation to all of their bloated salaries, followed up by paying for 2 kids tuition at an even more inflated rate for even more bloated salaries for a staff so large that I believe they used every diminutive in the dictionary for all of the multiple titles.

If they can't pay their expenses with the increases in tuition (bubble) then they need to do some seriously soul-searching.
